5 yrs ago when our business started we had no idea the broad scope of our work today.

Over 5 yrs we have invested in our business and offer Building Drying services (post leak or flood) as well as Mould Removal and Carpet Cleaning

We have the benefit of 5 yrs assisting Clients and the most common things we arrange are:

Lock and key replacement, Boiler Services, Minor Leak and Tap repairs, Garden Clearances, Window Cleaning

During the first year of our business we realised oftentimes we had a unique chance to help our Clients by caring for the Properties we visited.

Many are vacant and some long term vacant so there is a lot we can do to assist in the process of preparing them for sale

We have learnt some hard lessons over the past 5 yrs, that the value of most things is low and that Labour Costs and Waste Disposal Costs are constantly rising.
