How we work

We take Instruction from Clients detailing the 

We will always provide a written plan of the work to be done, the items we will be dealing with and the desired outcome of the work we do for Clients

We have the benefit of 5 yrs of dealing with preparing Property for the market. We will work with our Clients chosen Agent to enable a smooth sale 

We like to meet Clients at the Property where possible in order to best understand their needs.

If needed we can meet at another location 

We recomend that any items of sentimental value should be removed from the property at the start. This leaves us a clear view of the remainder.We have 5 years of experience in this environment and know what can be sold and what is likely to require disposal.

When the task is complete we will have removed all items from the Property, it will be clear and well presented.

An inventory of goods will be provided along with any Auction or other Sales realised
